Pets are welcome at El Macero with a deposit and management approval. We have an onsite pet area where your pet can run or exercise. It is also well lit at night for those middle of the night wake up calls.
Maintenance supervisor Miguel is always friendly, courteous and committed to attending to your repair needs. 99% of maintenance needs are completed within the same day!
Landscaper and painter Alan is always very hard at work maintaining the lawns and keeping the buildings coated in a fresh coat of paint.
On site manager Brenda Smith is friendly, accessible and responsive to residents’ needs; there is even a 24 hour emergency number should you need our assistance during non business hours.
